This is a great item, well made and good quality, it has 2 separate water areas, 1 for fresh water and the other catches the majority of the waste water from the washing of your ear. . There several different fittings that fit onto a nozzle and into the ear, they have various holes for different pressure. . I suggest some warm olive oil dropped in the ear to help loosen the wax the day before use and be sure to use warm water in the unit so as not to cause shock…. And it’s rechargeable…
