Is zelixo.shop the official Zelixo store?
Yes. zelixo.shop is our only official online store. Our YouTube, Instagram and TikTok accounts use the handle @zelixoshop, but all orders are placed at zelixo.shop. We are not affiliated with any other website using a similar name.
Is Zelixo a legitimate store?
Yes. Zelixo operates on Shopify with SSL-encrypted checkout and PayPal buyer protection on every order. Every purchase is covered by our satisfaction guarantee, and our full refund and shipping policies are published on this site.

What payment methods does Zelixo accept?
We accept PayPal, which also lets you pay securely with any major credit or debit card without needing a PayPal account. Your card details are never shared with us.
Do you have a discount code?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will change or cancel it if it has not yet shipped. After dispatch, you can use our return process instead.

How long does Zelixo shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery to the United States typically takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your parcel ships.
Does Zelixo offer free shipping?
Yes. Shipping is free on all US orders over $35. Orders below that threshold have a flat shipping rate shown at checkout.
Where does Zelixo ship from?
Orders ship directly from our supplier warehouses, which is how we keep prices competitive. This means shipping takes a little longer than same-day retailers, but you pay significantly less for the same product.
Do you ship internationally?
Our primary market is the United States. For orders outside the US, contact us before ordering and we'll confirm whether we can deliver to your country.
Returns & Refunds
What is the Zelixo return policy?
