Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
